Human Dimension
To deepen his understanding of human sexuality in the context of religious life and grow in the appeciation of the gift of celibacy.
To develop healthy relationship and a sense of belonginess with all those he works with and yet able to cope with being alone.
To be in touch with his emotions and learns how to express them appropriately.
To have a deeper awareness of himself, his strenghts and weaknesses and of how to cope with these.
Spritual Dimension
To deepen his personal union with Christ by taking responsibility for his prayer life and integrating it into all other aspects of formation.
To strengthen his relationship wth Christ as a member of the church and Redemptorist community through community prayer and the celebration of the sacraments.
To grow in his ability to discern Christ's personal call and the movement of the Holy Spirit in his heart.
To deepen his filial relationship with our Blessed Mother.
To appreciate deeply the spirituality of St. Alphonsus and the Redemptorist way of life.
Community Dimension
To experience and understand the quality and depth of Redemptorist community life and spirit.
To develop and strengthen values by fostering sensitivity, openness, responsibility, stewardship, commitment and interdependence among themselves and with the people they work with.
To encourage the postulant to relate with the members of the community particularly the seniors, staff, lay and co-postulants.
Academic Dimension
To acquire deeper knowledge from his experience of the apostolic life of the Redemptorists.
To share his skills, talents and learning in response to the needs of the people in his apostolic ministry.
To love learning and appreciate the importance of reading, research, personal study and group sharing.
To develop a critical mind in reading the signs of the times and deepen his commitment to God's call.
Pastoral Dimension
To be a witness to Christ through his brotherly presence especially to the poor and most abandoned and deepen his sensitivity to God's presence and action among his people.
To contribute according to his ability to the apostolic work of the community.
To deepen his understanding of the life of the poor and his appreciation of the tradional faith expressions of the people.
To be more open and sensitive to the situation of the people and develop a sense of being called by Christ to work with.
To integrate prayer with the apostolic works of the Redemptorists.
