General Objectives

1. To grow as an ordained minister in the different apostolates of the congregation. To be versatile in the different apostolates; to allow creativity to come out, and develop a healthy balance of doing these apostolates.
2. To develop Christian leadership (leadership with compassion) in the different areas of these apostolates, and engage in apostolic collaboration/partnership with Manila Vice-Province.

3. To grow spiritually, academically, affectively , and in community living through companionship with the pastoral director, spiritual director, the Redemptorist community, the lay cooperators, and other people with whom the Redemptorist are working
4. To evaluate these experiences for effective ministry and future apostolate direction.
